Used Goosebumps books.*~All photos above are ‘stock’ photos, for reference only. There are photos representing examples for each of the conditions of books available (reading, average, collecting and reprint). There is a picture collage that shows some potential flaws that books may have. Books in the 'collecting' category have minimal issues, while those in the 'reading' category are acceptable to poor condition (hence the 'reading copy' title). The pictures that come up when you pick an item from the drop down are of example books, not the actual book that you will receive.Last inventory update: 10/04/2023*~What do 'reading,' 'average,' 'collecting,' and 'reprint' mean?~*Reading Copy: Books that fall into the ‘reading copy’ category are reading copies (poorer condition than the others). They have various issues, such as stickers, writing (frequently inside of the cover), scuffs on the covers and discoloration (often yellowing/browning in cover, due to age). They may also have tears on the covers, portions of covers missing and other significant issues. These are not typically used for collections, but are sufficient as reading copies. See the first few photos in the listing for examples of issues that these books may have.Average Copy: Average copies are those which are better than the reading copies, but aren’t the cleanest copies. These books may have a sticker on them, either on the spine (library, example), cover (price tag, for example) or inside of the cover. They typically have a name written inside of them as well as some discoloration (most books from the series are at least slightly discolored inside of the cover). Books in this category will not have major issues than reading copies have, such as torn covers or substantial damage. See the first few pictures to get an idea of what an ‘average copy’ may look like.Collecting Copy: Collecting copies are the better condition copies, with no substantial issues. These copies will not have tears on the covers or stickers (aside from any original retail price sticker, usually on the back over barcode). Collecting copies may still have some wear and scuffs on the spine and cover, and will not be top-level collecting copies (the ‘near perfect’ type). See the first pictures to get an idea of what the collecting copies may look like.Reprints: Reprints are the later editions of books, whether the color versions or black covers (see photos). *~How to purchase multiple books~*To buy more than one book, choose one from the drop down menu and then click the ‘add to cart’ button. Repeat this step for each book that you want to purchase. When you are done, click the cart icon (top right on desktop browser). Double check that the items you want are shown there, and select ‘pay only this seller’ at the top of the list of books you’ve chosen, or simply ‘go to checkout’ if the books are the only items in your cart. On the next screen, you will see any applicable price discounts applied, as well as the combined shipping cost.*~Shipping~*Books are shipped via Media Mail by default, but you can select Priority Mail instead at checkout. All items purchased in one order are shipped together, and will receive a combined shipping rate. If you purchase items across more than one transaction, please send me an email immediately if you would like them shipped together (and the duplicate shipping amount refunded). I ship every 1-2 days during the week, as well as some Saturdays. *~Frequently Asked Questions~*--When will you get more inventory? ~ Inventory refills depend on when I find more books. I shop for them at least weekly, but do not always find more. At times, I can add items every day or two, and other times there may be a week or more between refills. Certain books are filled less frequently than others, as they are harder to find (such as the higher numbers). *~Questions & Concerns~* If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! I will email you back as soon as I can, typically within a few hours.*~About Catamount~*I am an individual and personally answer communications and handle all inventory. I do my best to be up front with potential issues and to ensure that each transaction is enjoyable for customers. You can make a second purchase for the others and I will refund the second shipping cost and mail them together. Also, shipping tends to be overestimated for larger orders, so I will refund the overestimated/overpaid amount (typically around 15+ books). If you do not receive an email/refund from me about this by the time that your items ship, please send me an email reminder. Imperfections may include markings, library stickers, creases, etc. In addition, books may have varying smells, as I purchase these used myself from various places, including thrift stores, yard sales and online... Potential smells can include dust, old paper, smoke and attics (musty smells).
